Jaguar 1938, SS-100 JJ 56
This is a 1986 offering by the Mint that still is very attractive by today's standards. It is currently available through the Mint and they tell me ample supplies are on hand. It is both striking and accurate in Cream with brown interior, steering wheel on the right. It is heavily made, the headlights, grill and windscreen are all metal. Moderate details abound on the dashboard, engine and undercarriage and attention to minor details such as red brake drums, rear brake light and deep hood louvers, accent the model well. For the European collector or anyone that just likes the beautiful lines of the early Jags, this is a must have.
