Mustang Boss 302 Fastback 1969, WH 07
This is a very significant Mustang due to the model and body style. '69 was the first year of the 2nd redo of the Mustang... and the car was beginning to grow in size. As a model, this bright yellow fastback with its contrasting black stripes and trim is a real visual jolt; very handsome and right on. It will command attention even if parked between all your other DM & FM Mustangs. Detail is excellent, build quality is good and the fidelity is superior. The pin striping and decal work are superb and correct. Despite all these plusses, this model is still not up to its competitor’s standards and we continue to look for an A+ model from FM. They keep on getting close, then seem to take a step backward. It's safe to say that FM appears to be making a major commitment to reproducing American Muscle of the 60s & 70s; overall they're doing a good job.
